Return & Exchange Policy

At BabyCouture, we want you to be absolutely delighted with every purchase. But if something isn’t quite right, don’t worry — we offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery to make things right for you and your little one.


🛍️ Returns & Store Credit

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • We offer store credit only – this means you can shop with us again using the credited amount. (No cash or bank refunds.)
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
  • Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Discounts or offers will not carry forward to exchanged items.

🔁 How to Return a Product

  • Click the ‘Return & Exchange’ button on our website to raise a return request.
  • Our courier partner will schedule a pickup in 2–3 business days.
  • Securely pack the product with its original invoice and all tags intact.
  • Once received (within approx. 4–6 days), our team will perform a quality check.
  • If approved, the amount will be credited to your BabyCouture Wallet as store credit within 2–3 business days.
  • Store credit is valid for 2 years — so take your time and shop again!

💳 Using Your Store Credits

  • Check your balance anytime by clicking ‘Show My Credits’.
  • Store credit is updated within 24 hours of return approval.

🔄 How to Exchange a Product

  • Raise an exchange request using the ‘Return & Exchange’ button.
  • Our team will confirm availability and approve the exchange.
  • Once your returned product passes quality check, we’ll ship the replacement.
  • Want something else? Use your store credit to shop any item of your choice!

Note: Cancellations are only possible before your order is processed. Once dispatched, orders can’t be canceled.


⚠️ Received a Wrong or Defective Item?

In the rare case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Share an unboxing video and 3–5 clear photos of the issue, including a picture of the intact tag.
  • Email your complaint to support@babycouture.com.

Complaints after 72 hours won’t be considered.


📦 Shipping & Handling for Returns/Exchanges

1️⃣ Returning Your Product

  • We provide reverse pickup for returns.
  • A ₹150 return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit (per return order).
  • If reverse pickup isn’t available in your area, you may self-ship the product within 4 days of the request.

⚠️ If the wrong item is returned, a ₹150 re-shipping fee will be applicable to get it back to you.
