At Baby Couture, we’re committed to making your shopping experience smooth, quick, and delightful! Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your little one’s special outfits.

Order & Shipping Updates
As soon as you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email and a WhatsApp message from us. Once your order is shipped, we’ll notify you with the tracking details right away.

Didn’t receive an update? Simply click the WhatsApp icon on the bottom right of the screen and message us — we’re here to help!

Tracking Your Order
Track your shipment using the link shared via WhatsApp or log in to your account and check the Order History section on our website.

Shipping Charges

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹149 extra

  • Prepaid Orders: ₹49 flat shipping fee

Delivery Timelines
All orders are processed and dispatched within 72 working hours. After dispatch, your order will typically reach you in 3 to 8 business days, depending on your delivery location. Remote or outstation areas may take slightly longer.

Need to Change Your Address?
No worries! If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can update your delivery address. Just drop us an email at support@babycouture.in or message us on WhatsApp at +91 9294000000

Missed a Delivery?
Our courier partner will try again the next business day. If delivery still isn’t successful, feel free to reach out to them directly or contact us — we’ll sort it out together!

Order Marked as Delivered But Not Received?
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received the package, contact us immediately. We’ll coordinate with the courier team to resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.

Received a Damaged or Open Package?
Please don’t accept the package if it appears tampered or damaged. Instead, take a clear video of the package and refuse delivery. Share the video with us, and we’ll take care of the rest.
